The invention relates to a process for preparing a standardized entomological complex and to a medicament composition based thereon. According to the invention, the process consists in extracting, with purified water, a homogenized defrosted biomass of larvae of insects from the orders Lepidoptera and Coleoptera for 1...2 h, in a biomass : water ratio of 1:20...30, the aqueous extract being collected and the remaining biomass being serially subjected to extraction with 70% ethyl alcohol, in a ratio of 1:10...20, followed by extraction with an organic solvent, at a ratio of 1:5...10, for 2...4 h, after which the organic extract is collected and then the resulting extracts are joined and concentrated as soft extracts which are dried under vacuum to result in a standardized brownish-yellow powder complex. The composition, as claimed by the invention, comprises 0.1...10% standardized complex and pharmaceutically acceptable ingredients for conditioning purposes.Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui complex entomologic standardizat, şi la o compoziţie medicamentoasă pe baza acestuia. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în extracţia cu apă purificată a unei biomase decongelate şi omogenizate de larve de insecte din ordinul Lepidoptere şi Coleoptere, timp de 1...2 h, în raport biomasă apă de 1:20...30, extractul apos se colectează şi biomasa rămasă se supune succesiv extracţiei cu alcool etilic 70%, în raport 1:10...20, urmată de extracţie cu un solvent organic în raport 1:5...10, timp de 2...4 h, după care extractul organic se colectează, iar extractele obţinute se reunesc şi se concentrează sub formă de extracte moi, care se usucă sub vid, din care rezultă un complex standardizat de pulbere galben-cafenie. Compoziţia conform invenţiei are un conţinut de 0,1...10% complex standardizat şi ingrediente acceptabile farmaceutic pentru condiţionare.
