PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type cosmetic for eyelashes having high curling effect and excellent easy washability with water for easily removing a cosmetic coating film peeled off in film shape without darkening peripheries of eyes while having high resistance to water such as tears and sweat, and achieving excellent glossiness of the cosmetic coating film.SOLUTION: An oil-in-water type cosmetic for eyelashes includes following ingredients (A)-(C): (A) an alkyl acrylate-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion (B) an alkyl acrylate copolymer emulsion with a glass transition temperature of 5-15°C and (C) a wax with a melting point of 80-110°C.
