PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable medication management device capable of easily and accurately acquiring a medication state of medicament stored in a package such as a PTP (press through pack) sheet and further, acquiring distribution of which medicament at any position in the package is taken, and a system thereof.SOLUTION: The medication management device includes: a perforated plate 4 having a plurality of holes 6 to be fitted with blisters 10 of a PTP sheet 8 having the convex blisters 10 for storing medicament 9 a base plate constituting a bottom surface for the perforated plate 4 an optical sensor including light emission parts installed in the plurality of holes 6 on the base plate for transmitting optical signals, and light receiving parts for receiving the optical signals a determination part for determining "presence" or "absence" of the medicament by interruption/non-interruption of an optical signal to be transmitted/received by the optical sensor and a clocking part for generating time information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】PTP(press through pack)シートなどのパッケージに収納された薬剤の服薬状況を簡単かつ正確に把握することが可能であり、さらに、パッケージ中のいずれの位置の薬剤が服薬されているかという分布も把握可能な携帯型の服薬管理装置及びそのシステムを提供することである。【解決手段】薬剤9を収容する凸状のブリスター10を有するPTPシート8のブリスター10に嵌合する複数の孔部6を有する多孔板4と、この多孔板4に対して底面を構成する基板と、この基板上の複数の孔部6内に設置され光信号を送信する発光部とこの光信号を受信する受光部を有する光センサーを備え、光センサーで送受信される光信号の遮断の有無で薬剤の「有」又は「無」を判定する判定部と、時刻情報を生成する計時部を有する。【選択図】図1
