A customized orthodontic three-dimensional arch wire fabricating method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: arranging a heating jig on the basis of a bracket slot of a bracket attached to teeth rearranged in a correction target position in a computer aided design (CAD) system； arranging the heating jig so as to overlap a jig base to a predetermined depth in the CAD system； removing a jig base area in which the heating jig and the jig base overlap in the CAD system, thereby providing a jig printing negative mold in the jig base； fabricating the heating jig and the jig base in which the jig printing negative mold is provided； coupling an arch wire to the heating jig； coupling the heating jig, to which the arch wire is coupled, to the jig base fabricated such that the jig printing negative mold is provided therein； heating the arch wire at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time while the heating jig remains coupled to the jig base such that the same memorizes the shape thereof； and detaching the arch wire.L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de fil métallique pour arc dentaire orthodontique tridimensionnel sur mesure.
