PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood measurement device that can excellently measure blood.SOLUTION: A blood measurement device comprises: a spectrometer； an optical system that irradiates an organism with excitation light from a light source, and guides Raman scattered light from the organism to the spectrometer； a control unit that adjusts an irradiation position of the excitation light with respect to the organism by the optical system； and a detector that detects a spectrum of the Raman scattered light, using light of each wavelength spectroscopically split by the spectrometer, in which a plurality of spectra detected by the detector is integrated, and on the basis of the integration result, numerical information about substances contained in blood of the organism is measured.
