PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet for oral administration excellent in both immediate effectiveness and ingestibility.SOLUTION: A tablet for oral administration 100 contains a particle group (A) containing hardly water-soluble medical drug (a) and at least one type (B) selected from the group consisting of carbonate and hydrogencarbonate, and has: a columnar part 10 a first spherical segment part 20 which swells from the vicinity of a circumferential edge 12a of one end face 12 of the columnar part 10 toward the center 12c of the end face 12 and a second spherical segment part 30 which swells from the vicinity of a circumferential edge 14a of the other end face 14 toward the center 14c of the end face 14, in which a distance (α1) between the circumferential edge 12a and a circumferential edge 22a of the first spherical segment part 20 is 0 to 0.3 mm, a diameter (σ) of the columnar part 10 is 5 to 13 mm, a ratio (β1)/(σ1) between curvature radius (β1) of a curve of the first spherical segment part surface 24 and a diameter (σ1) of the end face 12 is 0.8 or more and less than 3.8, a ratio (γ)/(σ) between a distance (γ) between zenith 25 of the first spherical segment part 20 and a zenith 35 of the second spherical segment part 30, and the diameter (σ) is 0.8 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
