PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag that can be repeatedly resealed with a simple operation, same as before.SOLUTION: The packaging bag 10 is manufactured by making packaging members 11, 12 having sealant layers laminated therein, and has at least an upper sealing part 16 and side sealing parts 14 on right and left sides. The packaging bag 10 is opened by forming an opening end formed between the right and left side sealed parts 14 in a section inside the upper sealing part 16. An intermediate sealing part 13 striding the right and left side sealing parts 14 located more inwardly than the opening end is protruded on an outward surface of one of a front surface and a rear surface. The packaging bag is folded back at the root portion of the intermediate sealing part 13, thereby enabling the packaging bag to be resealed.
