Disclosed is an ice hole liner with a handle. The liner is placed in an ice hole during freezing conditions with the outer wall of the liner contacting the inner wall of the ice hole. When the surface of the ice hole freezes the liner is pulled out of the frozen ice hole which clears the hole of ice. The liner also serves as a stable base to which fishing devices and rod holders can be attached so a fish cant pull them down the ice hole.
