The present invention relates to a kimchi stuffing composition for a Chinese stuffed pancake and a method for manufacturing the same. Particularly, the kimchi stuffing composition has excellent spreading properties so that not only the kimchi stuffing composition can be prevented from being inserted in one portion too much but also production costs can be reduced.
