En particular, se describen un anticuerpo anti-c-Met, un fragmento de unión a antígeno de c-Met, un anticuerpo quimérico y un anticuerpo humanizado que comprende la región CDR del anticuerpo anti-c-Met, y un conjugado de fármaco anticuerpo-citotóxico o una sal o solvato farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo, y el uso de una composición farmacéutica que comprende el anticuerpo antic-Met humanizado y el fragmento de unión al antígeno y el conjugado de fármaco citotóxico del anticuerpo o su sal o solvato farmacéuticamente aceptable como fármaco antihepatoma.
