The present invention relates to a method for producing a coffee mixture containing a collagen peptide, and a coffee mixture thereof. According to the method of the present invention, a collagen peptide is extracted from a chicken byproduct, the extracted collagen peptide is processed in a powder form, the re-processed collagen peptide powder is mixed with an instant coffee including ingredients of a coffee bean, creamer, and sugar at a set ratio to form a functional coffee mixture of a new concept, thereby serving as a role of a simple favorite beverage which is a coffee, and also, a role of a health supplement food providing a benefit for a beauty care such as anti-aging, elasticity enhancement, and water retention function of a skin of a drinker.
