摘要：: Disclosed herein are new antiviral compounds, together with pharmaceutical compositions that include one or more antiviral compounds, and methods of synthesizing the same. Also disclosed herein are methods of ameliorating and/or treating a paramyxovirus viral infection with one or more small molecule compounds. Examples of paramyxovirus infection include an infection caused by human respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).本文揭示新穎抗病毒化合物以及包含一或多種抗病毒化合物之醫藥組合物及其合成方法。本文亦揭示使用一或多種小分子化合物改善及/或治療副黏液病毒(paramyxovirus)病毒感染之方法。副黏液病毒感染之實例包括由人類呼吸道融合病毒(RSV)引起之感染。
