The present invention relates to a portable high frequency treating device having a built-in battery, which applies high frequency waves to a human body in order to treat the patient through deep heating. More specifically, a battery for supplying a power source to generate high frequency waves is installed in a housing, so that the high frequency treating device is portable and can be used without spatial and temporal restrictions. The battery is connected with a drive module for generating a high frequency power source, through a connector, so the battery can be easily separated and replaced.
