摘要：: Disclosed is a patient interface assembly for delivering respiratory therapy to a patient. The patient interface includes a housing that defines an inlet port and an outlet port and a jet pump disposed within the housing. The inlet port is configured to couple to a driver which delivers pressurized gas flow to the inlet port. The jet pump is positioned to receive the pressurized gas flow from the inlet port and deliver the pressurized gas flow to the outlet port. The jet pump includes a venturi assembly which defines an entrainment region, a throat region and an expansion region. The jet pump further includes a nebulizer fluidly coupled to the outlet port to receive the pressurized gas flow, introduce medication into the pressurized gas flow and deliver the medicated gas flow to the patient.
