PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemostatic device having an expansion part for pressing a hemostatic part of a radial artery and a pressing part for pressing an ulnar artery, which can reduce a palsy or a pain caused by a pressing of the pressing part.SOLUTION: A hemostatic device 10 includes: a flexible belt-like part 20 which can be wound around a wrist 200 inside which a radial artery 210 and an ulnar artery 230 travels through a planar fastener 30 for fixing the belt-like part wound around the arm 200 an expansion part 50 connected to the belt-like part, the expansion part 50 expanding by injecting a fluid therein to press a puncture site 220 of the radial artery and a pressing member 60 configured to be positioned at a position different from the expansion part in a longitudinal direction of the belt-like part, the pressing member 60 being configured to press the ulnar artery. A length L2 of the pressing member in a longitudinal direction of the belt-like part is shorter than a width W2 of the pressing member in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the belt-like part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】橈骨動脈の止血すべき部位を押圧する拡張部と、尺骨動脈を押圧する押圧部材を備え、押圧部材の押圧によって生じるしびれや苦痛を軽減することのできる止血器具を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】止血器具10は、橈骨動脈210および尺骨動脈230が走行する手首200に巻き付けることが可能な可撓性を備える帯体20と、帯体を手首200に巻き付けた状態で固定する面ファスナー30と、帯体に連結されて流体を注入することにより拡張して、橈骨動脈の穿刺部位220を押圧可能な拡張部50と、帯体の長手方向において拡張部と異なる位置に配置され、尺骨動脈を押圧可能な押圧部材60と、を備える。そして、帯体の長手方向に沿う押圧部材の長さL2は、帯体の長手方向に対して直交する方向に沿う押圧部材の幅W2よりも短い。【選択図】図1
