The invention provides a complex for use in a method of treating cancer in a subject, wherein(A) the complex comprises: (i) interleukin 15 (IL-15)； and (ii) a soluble form of interleukin 15 receptor alpha (IL-15Ra), wherein the complex is administered with an antibody that specifically binds to a T cell receptor or a tumor-associated antigen；(B) the complex comprises: (i) a fusion protein comprising IL-15 and a soluble form of IL-15Ra； and (ii) an antibody that specifically binds to a cancer antigen； or(C) the complex comprises: (i) IL-15； (ii) a soluble form of IL-15Ra, or a fusion protein comprising a soluble form of IL-15Ra and the Fc domain of an immunoglobulin or a fragment thereof； and (iii) an antibody that specifically binds to a cancer antigen.
