Disclosed are a coral-growth substrate provided in seawater for growing coral; a process for precipitating electrodeposited minerals in which an electrical current flows between the coral-growth substrate and a first anode electrically connected to the substrate and provided in the seawater, and electrodeposited minerals are precipitated on the coral-growth substrate; a coral larvae growth process for growing the coral larvae on the coral-growth substrate precipitated with the electrodeposited minerals; a structure construction process for coral cultivation for constructing a coral cultivation structure from a plurality of the coral-growth substrates which grow the coral larvae; and a coral cultivation process for cultivating coral using a flow of electrical current between the coral-growth substrates which grew the coral larvae and a second anode.
