The present disclosure relates to a medical contactless interface system and a control method thereof. The medical contactless interface system of the present invention comprises: a contactless sensor for recognizing operation information； a storage unit for storing operation information of an operator； a determination unit for comparing the operation information recognized from the contactless sensor with the operation information of the operator stored in the storage unit； a message selector for selecting a message related to the operation information recognized by the contactless sensor when the operation information recognized by the contactless sensor matches the operation information of the operator stored in the storage unit by the determination unit； and a transmission unit for transmitting the selected message to a program.본 개시는 의료용 비접촉 인터페이스 시스템에 있어서, 동작정보를 인식하는 비접촉 센서； 시술자의 동작정보가 저장된 저장부； 비접촉 센서로부터 인식된 동작정보와 저장부에 저장된 시술자의 동작정보를 비교하는 판단부； 판단부에 의해 비접촉 센서로부터 인식된 동작정보와 저장부에 저장된 시술자의 동작정보가 일치하는 경우 비접촉 센서에서 인식된 동작정보와 관련된 메시지를 선택하는 메시지 선택부； 그리고 선택된 메시지를 프로그램에 전달하는 전송부；를 포함하는 의료용 비접촉 인터페이스 시스템 및 이의 제어방법에 관한 것이다.
