PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant having resistance to pathogenic fungi. SOLUTION: The plant having a gene encoding an antibacterial peptide and having resistance to pathogenic fungi is provided. Precisely, the antibacterial peptide is derived from a dipteron, more precisely, the peptide derived from the dipteron is Sarcotoxin 1a, and more precisely, the gene encoding the antibacterial peptide derived from the dipteron is introduced in the plant as a form selected from the group consisting of a recombinant gene having the above gene, an expression cassette comprising the recombinant gene bonded with a plant gene promoter, and an expression vector constituted of the expression cassette and a chemical tolerance gene connected to a constructively manifesting plant promoter.
