The present invention relates to a method for producing grain tea using mixed grains, and to grain tea using mixed grains manufactured by the method. The method comprises: washing and steaming mixed grains in which unpolished rice, rice bran, sweet potatoes, black rice, black bean, and glutinous rice are mixed drying and roasting the mixed grains pulverizing the mixed grains and manufacturing mixed grain powder and mixing sugar, casein, a taffy liquid, malt, palm oil, glycerin, salt, and fructooligosaccharide with the mixed grain powder. According to the present invention, mixed grain tea having improved quality and preference can be provided.본 발명은 현미, 미강, 고구마, 검정쌀, 검정콩 및 찹쌀을 혼합한 혼합 곡물을 세척하고 증숙한 후, 건조하고 볶음 처리한 혼합 곡물을 분말화하여 제조한 혼합 곡물 분말에 설탕, 카제인, 엿물 및 맥아, 팜유, 글리세린, 소금 및 프락토올리고당을 혼합하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합 곡물을 이용한 곡물차의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 혼합 곡물을 이용한 곡물차에 관한 것이다.
