CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of grape in a bottle comprises the following steps: preparing a transparent bottle with the capacity of 1.2-1.8L； wrapping the bottle with white paper for secluding sunlight； inserting a cluster of grapes 12-18 after the fertilization into the bottle； harvesting the grape cluster 50-55 days after the fertilization before 10 a.m.； removing the paper from the bottle, and inserting water into the bottle for washing the grape； discharging the water from the bottle； mixing 99.2-99.5wt% of vinegar having the acidity of 6-8wt%, and 0.5-0.8wt% of natural vitamin C； and inserting the mixture into the bottle.본 발명은 포도가 병 입구에 간신히 들어갈 수 있는 크기에 달하였을 때 병에 넣어 키운 병포도 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 수정 후 12～18일이 지난 6월 첫 주에 병달기를 한 후 수정 후 50～55일이 지난 7월 말에 수확하여 이루어진다.
