PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traction wheelchair having vibration resistance of withstanding a horizontal swing, vertical swing, and torsional vibration of a wheelchair body and durability, when traveling a place with many steps or a rough terrain, and capable of traction-traveling at a speed beyond an assumed traveling speed for a wheelchair.SOLUTION: In a self-propulsion wheelchair except an electric wheelchair, a width of a rear-wheel tire 20 is 1.375-3.0 inches, a diameter of a spoke 27 of the rear-wheel tire 20 is 2.4-3.2 mm, and a main frame including a front pipe 11, a leg pipe 12, backrest pipe 19, and a base pipe 28 is 22-25 mm in diameter and 2-3 mm in thickness. By setting a design dimension of a predetermined portion within a value of a predetermined range, a front wheel 21 is lifted by a wheelchair traction member held to the leg pipe 12 and the like, and the wheelchair is transformed from four wheels to two wheels. When traveling at a rotation speed of 75-150 rpm of a 22-inch rear wheel, a horizontal swing, vertical swing, and torsional vibration of the wheelchair body can be reduced.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】段差の多い場所や不整地に対して走行する際の車椅子本体の横揺れ、縦揺れ、ねじり振動に耐えうる耐振動性や耐久性を備え、車椅子に想定される走行速度を超えて牽引走行できる牽引用車椅子を提供する。【解決手段】電動車椅子を除く自走用車椅子において、後輪タイヤ20の幅を1.375~3.0インチとし、後輪タイヤ20のスポーク27の径を2.4~3.2mmとし、フロントパイプ11、レッグパイプ12、バックレストパイプ19及びベースパイプ28を含むメインフレームの径を22~25mm、厚みを2~3mmとする。所定部位の設計寸法を所定範囲の値にすることにより、レッグパイプ12等に挟着させる車椅子牽引用部材によって、前輪21を持ち上げ、車椅子を4輪から2輪に変更して、後輪22インチの回転速度が75~150rpmで走行した場合に、車椅子本体の横揺れ、縦揺れ、ねじり振動を低減できる。【選択図】図1
