The present disclosure provides use of chemokine receptor CXCR5, wherein CAR-T cells with enhanced chemotaxis are obtained by modifying chimeric antigen receptor T cells (CAR-T cells) utilizing the chemotactic signal between CXCR5 and its ligand CXCL13. The chemokine receptor CXCR5 can guide CAR-T cells to migrate to tumors.La présente invention concerne l'utilisation du récepteur CXCR5 de chimiokine, des cellules CAR-T ayant une chimiotaxie améliorée étant obtenues par modification de cellules T du récepteur antigénique chimérique (cellules CAR-T) à l'aide du signal chimiotactique entre CXCR5 et son ligand CXCL13. Le récepteur CXCR5 de chimiokine peut guider des cellules CAR-T pour migrer vers des tumeurs.
