A vehicle (201 ) for transport of injured persons, patients and the like, which comprises: a sanitary compartment (202) provided with a treading plane (203) raised with respect to a ground (200) surface, and an upper zone (205), opposite the treading plane (203) a lifting device (1 ) for loading and unloading a stretcher located between a first extracted position in which the stretcher (B) is resting on the ground (200) and a second housed position in which it is arranged internally of a sanitary compartment (202) in which the lifting device (1 ) comprises: collecting means (2) destined to pick up the stretcher (B) and being mobile between a lowered configuration below the level of the treading plane (203) and a raised configuration movement means (10, 20, 30) of the collecting means (2), internally associable to the sanitary compartment (202) at the upper zone (205) for moving the stretcher (B) between the first position and the second position and being destined to maintain the collected stretcher (B) suspended above the treading plane (203).Linvention concerne un véhicule (201 ) pour transporter des personnes blessées, des patients et analogues, qui comprend : un compartiment sanitaire (202) doté dun plan de marche (203) surélevé par rapport à la surface du sol (200) et dune zone supérieure (205) opposée à la zone de marche (203) et un dispositif de levage (1 ) pour charger et décharger un brancard situé entre une première position de sortie dans laquelle le brancard (B) repose sur le sol (200) et une seconde position de repos dans laquelle il est placé à lintérieur du compartiment sanitaire (202).
