PURPOSE: A spine screw securing the excellent fixing force is provided to restrict rotation by shortening motion of a head about a screw by installing a seating head of a screw and a head. CONSTITUTION: A spine screw includes a head(1). A screw(2) is inserted into a bone like a backbone. A road is connected to a state crossing the head. A direction or a location of a screw is fixed by coupling the rod in a head of the screw. The head includes a head groove(11). A U-shaped rod groove(14) is formed in both sides of the head. The rod is arranged in a state which crosses the head through the rod groove.본 발명은 척추와 같은 뼈를 고정하는데 이용되는 척추경 나사못에 관한 것이다. 본 척추경 나사못은 로드와 연결되고 뼈에 고정되는 척추경 나사못으로서, 상면이 함몰되어 헤드 홈이 형성되고 상기 헤드 홈의 바닥면에 안착 홀이 형성되는 헤드, 상기 안착 홀의 둘레에 안착되는 안착헤드 및 상기 안착헤드의 하단과 연결되고 상기 뼈에 체결되도록 나사산이 형성되는 나사부를 구비하는 스크류, 그리고 상기 안착헤드와 상기 헤드를 가로지르도록 배치되는 핀을 포함하며, 상기 안착헤드는 상기 핀을 축으로 회전 가능하도록 측면이 곡면으로 구비된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 스크류에 대한 헤드의 움직임을 단축에 대한 회전으로 한정할 수 있어, 모노 스크류 방식에 비해 시술이 유연하게 이루어질 수 있고 폴리 스크류 방식에 비해 크게 우수한 고정력을 확보할 수 있다.
