The present invention relates to: a medium for cultivating Sparassis crispa； a manufacturing method thereof； and a method for culturing the mycelium of Sparassis crispa by using the medium manufactured by the method. The medium for cultivating the Sparassis crispa can remove active oxygen and adsorb a substance which inhibits the growth of the mycelium of Sparassis crispa by adding charcoal to Pinophyta sawdust, and by containing a pumpkin bark as a nutrient and adding lactic acid bacteria to be aged, the contamination rate of the blue mold and the like which lower the productivity of the mushroom mycelium can be effectively reduced, and at the same time, a culture period can be remarkably shortened. When the medium of the present invention is used, the cultivation period of the mycelium of Sparassis crispa can be shortened to 30 to 40 days.본 발명은 꽃송이버섯 재배용 배지； 이의 제조방법； 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 배지를 이용한 꽃송이버섯 균사체 배양방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 꽃송이버섯 재배용 배지는 침엽수 톱밥에 숯을 첨가함으로써 활성산소를 제거 및 꽃송이버섯 균사체 생장을 저해하는 물질을 흡착시킬 수 있으며, 호박껍질을 영양원으로 포함하고 유산균을 첨가하여 숙성시킴으로써 버섯 균사체의 생산성을 저하시키는 푸른곰팡이 등의 오염율을 효과적으로 낮춤과 동시에 배양기간을 획기적으로 단축시킬 수 있다. 본 발명의 배지를 이용하는 경우 꽃송이버섯 균사체의 배양기간이 30~40일 내로 단축될 수 있다.
