The present invention relates to a method for providing noninvasive information for prognostic analysis of gastroesophageal varices. The method uses change values in spleen stiffness and can predict a pressure difference in hepatic vein while not using existing invasive methods, thereby being effectively used for prognostic analysis of gastroesophageal varices.본 발명은 위식도 정맥류의 예후 분석용 비침습적 정보 제공 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 방법은 비장 경직도의 변화값을 이용함으로써 기존의 침습적 방법을 사용하지 않고 간정맥 압력차를 예측할 수 있으므로, 이를 효과적으로 위식도 정맥류의 예후 분석에 이용할 수 있다.
