(A) one or more oil-soluble ultraviolet absorbents selected from among 2-ethylhexyl para-methoxycinnamate, 2, 4, 6-tris[4-(2-ethylhexyloxycarbonyl)anilino]-1, 3, 5-triazine, 4-tert-butyl-4-methoxydibenzoylmethane, octocrylene, 2-ethylhexyl dimethoxybenzylidenedioxoimidazolidine- propionate, diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate ester, bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol, phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid and dimethicodiethyl benzalmalonate (B) an oil agent that is in a liquid state at 20 DEG C (excluding the component (A)) (C) a dextrin fatty acid ester (D) from 0.5% by mass to 2% by mass (inclusive) of a hydrophobic silica (E) a water-soluble polymer having a constituent unit derived from a (meth)acrylic acid or sulfonic acid.本發明所提供的水中油型紫外線防禦化妝料,係具有能每日使用的良好使用感、並具有均勻且高的紫外線防禦效果。本發明的水中油型紫外線防禦化妝料,係含有下述成分(A)、(B)、(C)、(D)及(E):(A)從:對甲氧基桂皮酸-2-乙基己酯、2,4,6-參[4-(2-乙基己氧基羰基)苯胺基]-1,3,5-三、4-第三丁基-4-甲氧基二苯甲醯基甲烷、奧克立林、二甲氧基苯亞甲基二氧基咪唑啶丙酸-2-乙基己酯、二乙胺基羥苯甲醯基苯甲酸己酯、雙乙基己氧基酚甲氧苯基三、亞甲基雙苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚、苯基苯并咪唑磺酸及二甲矽亞苄丙二酸二乙酯中選擇1種或2種以上的油溶性紫外線吸收劑;(B)20℃下呈液態狀的油劑(但成分(A)除外);(C)糊精脂肪酸酯;(D)疏水性二氧化矽0.5質量%以上且2質量%以下;以及(E)具有由(甲基)丙烯酸或磺酸所衍生之構成單元的水溶性高分子。
