The present invention provides compounds having triple activities of thrombolysis, antithrombosis and free radical scavenging, and manufacturing processes, compositions and uses thereof. The compounds are represented by Formula (I), wherein T, Q, R1 and R2 are as defined in the specification. The compounds of the present invention have triple functions of thrombolysis, free radical scavenging and thrombus-targeting/antithrombosis.
