This invention relates to a surgical access device with easy-to-change operation angle, including a fixed unit, a rotation unit, a body member and a head member. A fixed member of the fixed unit has a main body surrounding an axis and a bottom cylinder formed from the main body. The rotation unit includes a rotary member capable of rotating around the axis with respect to the fixed member. The body member includes a hollow protective body and a top-positioning body located at the top of the hollow protective body for fitting around and being positioned on the bottom cylinder. The head member includes a carrying block, several connection ports disposed on the carrying block for being inserted with surgical apparatuses.
