The claimed invention relates to medical technology, and more particularly to devices for transmitting concentrated radiation from a source to a patient, and can be used in cosmetology and gerontology and for therapeutic action on the upper layers of the skin of the face and part of the neck of a patient. The claimed invention is directed toward achieving the technical result of creating a continuous focal zone of a certain thickness, while providing a strict limit to the depth of the concentrated action of any type of radiation used on the skin of the patient. This technical result is achieved in that in a device for transmitting concentrated radiation from a source to the head and part of the neck of a person, comprising a reflector in the form of a curved surface, and a distributed source of radiation which is mounted between the reflector and the head and which conforms to the curved surface of the reflector, the curved surface of the reflector is formed by transversely compressing part of a sphere, preferably a half sphere, in the direction of one of the axes so that the ratio of the lengths of the axes is 1:1.1-1.5, to form a continuous focal zone having a configuration that corresponds to the curved surface of the reflector and having a thickness of 12 to 30 mm, the diameter of the sphere being selected according to the size of the head and being between 325 and 450 mm.
