The present invention relates to a device for determining the size of a left atrial appendage (LAA) entry closing device and a method therefor. The present invention can be convenient to automatically determine the size of an LAA entry closing device which blocks an LAA entry, simultaneously reduce a size determination time for the LAA entry closing device, and determine the more accurate size of the LAA entry closing device. In addition, the device comprises an interest region extraction unit, a start point selection unit, a sphere search unit, a radius calculation unit, an entry prediction unit, and a device size determination unit.본 발명은 좌심방이 입구 폐쇄 디바이스 크기 결정 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 좌심방이 입구를 막는 좌심방이 입구 폐쇄 디바이스 크기를 자동으로 결정할 수 있어, 편리한 동시에 좌심방이 입구 폐쇄 디바이스 크기 결정 시간을 단축할 수 있고, 보다 정확한 좌심방이 입구 폐쇄 디바이스 크기를 결정할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
