Provided herein is technology relating to imaging agents for positron emission tomography (PET) and particularly, but not exclusively, to a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist radiolabeled with positron emitting nuclides and to methods of visualizing GnRH receptors in the central nervous system by PET from administration of such compounds to warm-blooded animals for diagnostic purposes.Linvention concerne une technologie relative à des agents dimagerie utilisés en tomographie par émission de positons (TEP) et notamment, mais pas exclusivement, à un antagoniste de lhormone de libération de la gonadotrophine (GnRH) radiomarqué avec des nucléides émettant des positons. Linvention concerne également des procédés de visualisation de récepteurs de GnRH dans le système nerveux central par TEP, par administration de ces composés à des animaux à sang chaud, à des fins de diagnostic.
