The present invention relates to a novel peptide derived from the copine 7 protein and having both cell permeability and bone tissue regeneration ability, and to a use of the peptide. The peptide according to the present invention has excellent bone tissue regeneration ability and is therefore useful for treating a disease, such as osteoporosis, requiring bone regeneration. Particularly, by also having cell permeability, the peptide does not require the attachment of a separate peptide or addition of another preparation for the cell permeation thereof and thus can be conveniently applied in orthopedics and the like requiring various surgical regeneration treatments.La présente invention concerne un nouveau peptide dérivé de la protéine copine 7 et ayant à la fois une perméabilité cellulaire et une capacité de régénération de tissu osseux, ainsi qu'une utilisation du peptide. Le peptide selon la présente invention présente une excellente capacité de régénération de tissu osseux et est par conséquent utile pour traiter une maladie, telle que l'ostéoporose, nécessitant une régénération osseuse. En particulier, en ayant également une perméabilité cellulaire, le peptide ne nécessite pas la fixation d'un peptide séparé ou l'addition d'une autre préparation pour l'infiltration cellulaire de celui-ci et peut ainsi être appliqué facilement dans l'orthopédie et analogues qui nécessitent divers traitements de régénération chirurgicale.본 발명은 세포 투과능을 가지는 동시에 골조직의 재생능을 가지고 있는 코핀 7 단백질에서 유래한 신규한 펩타이드 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 펩타이드는 골조직 재생능이 뛰어나 골다공증과 같은 골재생이 필요한 질환의 치료에 유용하고, 특히 세포 투과능도 함께 가지고 있으므로 펩타이드의 세포 투과를 위해 별도의 펩타이드를 부착하거나 기타 제제를 첨가할 필요가 없어 다양한 외과적 재생치료를 요하는 정형외과 등에서 간편하게 적용이 가능한 장점이 있다.
