Provided is a system for measuring and processing dental replacements which includes an image data producing means for producing the image data of an object (a measured object) in the oral cavity by measuring the object in a still-image-like manner. The system also includes a supporter which has a fixing portion for fixedly positioning the image data producing means so as to allow the three-dimensional shape of the measured object to be measured during measurements. The supporter is sized to be insertable into the oral cavity. The system further includes a three-dimensional shape data acquirement means for acquiring the three-dimensional shape of the measured object from the photographed information acquired by the image data producing means. This arrangement makes it possible for the three-dimensional shape data of a dental replacement to be directly acquired from the oral cavity in a noncontact fashion without heavily burdening the patient and the dental doctor, allowing the dental replacement to be manufactured with accuracy.
