Disclosed is a method for producing a plant belonging to the genus Asparagus and having resistance to stem blight, the method comprising: a crossbreeding step of crossbreeding a plant belonging to the genus Asparagus and susceptible to stem blight with a plant originated from Asparagus kiusianus or Asparagus kiusianus and having resistance to the disease； and a selection step of selecting an offspring plant among from offspring plants produced by the crossbreeding when genomic DNA corresponding to genomic DNA comprising the nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 in the offspring plant is originated from Asparagus kiusianus.L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une plante appartenant au genre Asparagus et présentant une résistance à la pourriture noire, le procédé comprenant : une étape de croisement consistant à croiser une plante appartenant au genre Asparagus et sensible à la pourriture noire avec une plante provenant de Asparagus kiusianus ou Asparagus kiusianus et présentant une résistance à la maladie ； et une étape de sélection consistant à sélectionner un descendant parmi les descendants produits par le croisement lorsque l'ADN génomique correspondant à l'ADN génomique comprenant la séquence de nucléotides représentée par SEQ ID NO : 1 dans le descendant provient de Asparagus kiusianus.茎枯病抵抗性を有するクサスギカズラ属植物を作出する方法であって、茎枯病に対して罹病性であるクサスギカズラ属植物と、抵抗性であるハマタマボウキ又はハマタマボウキに由来する植物を交配する交配ステップと、得られた後代植物において、配列番号１に記載の塩基配列からなるゲノムＤＮＡに対応するゲノムＤＮＡが、ハマタマボウキ由来である場合に、上記後代植物を選抜する選抜ステップとを含む、作出方法を開示する。
