PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fertilizer composition using a stable isotope of sulfur, while aiming at easy and detailed clarification of identification, movement, metabolism rate or the like of cysteine or methionine which is an essential amino acid and secondary metabolites, and to provide a growing method using the composition, and a living thing obtained therefrom.SOLUTION: In order to attain the purpose, a conventional label mainly composed of carbon or nitrogen is not used but a label using a stable isotope of a sulfur element is used.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、必須アミノ酸のシステイン、メチオニンおよび二次代謝物の同定、移動、代謝速度などを精緻な解明を容易にする事を目指し、硫黄の安定同位体を使用する肥料組成物、該組成物を使用した生育方法およびそこから得られる生物を提供することにある。【解決手段】上記目的を達成するために、従来の炭素、窒素を主にした標識でなく、硫黄元素に着目した安定同位体を使用した標識により上記課題を解決するものである。【選択図】なし
