To provide a marker for medical imaging, more specifically a marker for multipurpose medical imaging which contains fluorescent dye and one or more of MRI contrast medium or CT contrast medium, and a method for producing the marker.SOLUTION: There are provided a method for producing a marker for multipurpose medical imaging including: a step of providing rubber agent-compounded liquid in order to respond requirements regarding a non-invasive and effective labeling method of a lesion site； a step of mixing fluorescent dye into the rubber agent； and a step of forming and drying the mixture, and a marker for multipurpose medical imaging produced by the producing method.
