According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a virtual X-ray image generating method for quickly generating a virtual X-ray image from a three-dimensional image which comprises the steps of: extracting a radius size and feature points of a blood vessel in a three-dimensional image on an object； projecting the extracted feature points onto a two-dimensional plane； determining a brightness value of pixels positioned within a predetermined distance range for each of the feature points projected onto the two-dimensional plane； and generating a virtual X-ray image by coloring each pixel with the determined brightness value.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018대상체에 대한 3차원 이미지 내 혈관의 특징점들 및 반지름 크기를 추출하는 단계； 추출된 특징점들을 2차원 평면에 투영하는 단계； 2차원 평면에 투영된 각 특징점에 대해 소정 거리 범위 내에 위치하는 픽셀들의 밝기 값을 결정하는 단계； 및 결정된 밝기 값으로 각 픽셀을 채색하여 가상의 엑스선 이미지를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가상의 엑스선 이미지 생성 방법이 개시된다.
