PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a storage resource for storing an electronic document which does not have the necessity of readability.SOLUTION: A control unit (4) receives an electronic document from a client terminal 12 and determines whether the received electronic document is an electronic document of an in-hospital document. When the received electronic document is not an electronic document of the in-hospital document, the control unit (4) stores the received electronic document in a storage unit (8) without compression.
