Thoracoscope electroporation device for carrying out the electroporation against tissue comprises a suction head (10) and a plurality of needle electrodes. Needle electrode has a central needle (11) comprising a first electrode, a plurality of second needles which are spaced around the perimeter of the suction head (12,13,14,15,16,17) equipped with a door. The second needle is movable to deploy configuration from the storage structure, thereby extending from the suction head. Suction head has a store delivery configuration and an expanded deployed configuration. The suction head includes a suitable flexible material, provided with biasing means for biasing the suction head to the extended deployed configuration (20). Suction head has a channel (21) for the needle, the needle is movable into deployed configuration from the storage arrangement through the channel. In the deployed configuration, the first needle of the center, extends beyond the second needle. Vacuum is applied by drawing the air from the first needle of the center.
