The present invention relates to a one-step composition for hair perm and coloring, and a method of using thereof. According to the present invention, the one-step composition for hair perm and coloring enables hair coloring and perm at the same time using one composition while not using a separate oxidant. Disclosed is the one-step composition for hair coloring and perm using one composition, wherein a reaction of a compound containing a thiocyanate (-SCN) group and oxygen forms a composition having cyanide (-CN) and sulfur dioxide (SO_2), the composition and a coloring composition are mixed, and the pH level is adjusted to 6.0-10.0. In addition, the present invention provides a method of using the compound which contains thiocyanate (-SCN), wherein the composition, produced to make a reaction of the compound containing a thiocyanate (-SCN) group and oxygen to form cyanide (-CN) and sulfur dioxide (SO_2), is mixed with a coloring composition in order to be used for either hair coloring or hair perm without using a separate oxidant.본 발명은 모발의 염색과 퍼머를 하나의 조성물로 처리하는 일욕식 염펌제 및 그 이용방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 모발용 일욕식 염펌제는 별도의 산화제를 사용하지 않으면서 하나의 조성물로 염색효과와 펌 효과를 동시에 제공할 수 있는 발명이다. 본원에서는 모발의 염색과 펌을 하나의 조성물로 이용하기 위한 일욕식 염펌제로서, 티오시안(-SCN)기를 함유하는 화합물과 산소가 반응하여 시안화물(-CN)과 이산화황(SO)을 이루도록 적용되는 조성물과 염료조성물이 혼합되고 pH 6~10 범위로 조절되어 염색과 펌을 하나의 조성물로 사용하도록 제공되는 일욕식 염펌제가 개시된다. 또한 본원은 티오시안(-SCN)기를 함유하는 화합물의 이용방법으로서, 티오시안(-SCN)기를 함유하는 화합물이 공기 중의 산소가 반응하여 시안화물(-CN)과 이산화황(SO)을 이루도록 적용되는 조성물에 염료조성물이 혼합되어 별도의 산화제를 사용하지 않고 일욕제 형태로 염모제나 염펌제 중에서 선택되는 용도에 사용되도록 적용되는 기술사상의 발명이다.
