PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately determine a ventilation state for each region of a lung field.SOLUTION: An image analysis unit 47 of an image processing apparatus 40 divides, into a plurality of subregions, a lung field region included in dynamic images in a plurality of time phases captured by dynamically imaging a chest of a subject, calculates an analysis value of each subregion in the plurality of time phases based on at least one of pixel signal values and the number of pixels in the respective divided subregion, and calculates an index values representing a ventilation state of each subregion from the analysis value of the respective subregion using a different function corresponding to the respective subregion.
