(a) 2- amino-3- (4-bromobenzoyl) phenylacetic acid or its pharmacologically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof (b) a nonionic surfactant and (c) a preservative an aqueous liquid composition comprising 2-amino-3- (4-bromobenzoyl) at least 90% of phenylacetic acid or original amount of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate, 4 weeks after being stored at 60 over, remaining in the composition, the composition is disclosed. Its composition can satisfy the preservative effect of the United States Pharmacopoeia 35 (2012).
