A personal disposable sanitary toilet system including a primary containment bag and a secondary containment bag formed of sheet-like liquid impermeable material. The primary containment bag is funnel-shaped with a pair of straps formed in the upper periphery for use in securing the bag around ones waist. The top of the primary containment bag has an extended front portion which is adapted to be passed between the legs and cover the genitals for sanitary, splatter-less relief. The lower end provides a waste containment area that may include a hydrophilic compound for absorbing liquid waste and/or effervescent agents and waste control ingredients. The primary bag may be closed and stuffed into the secondary containment bag which is attached to and surrounds the lower end portion of the primary bag. The top edge of the secondary containment bag has a seal that is closed after the primary bag has been stuffed inside.
