A second struts penetration hole corresponding to a first struts penetration hole of the outer hub is formed in an inner hub disposed in the outer hub, and a locking pin having a head closely placed on the inner circumferential surface of the inner hub is forcibly fitted into a fixing hole disposed in a struts end inserted in the inner hub, so the struts end may be more easily, uniformly, and strongly fixed to the inner hub. Upper and lower caps are disposed to be forcibly fitted into upper and lower protrusion parts formed in upper and lower sides on the inner circumferential surface of the outer hub, so vinyl for a vinyl greenhouse is more easily and strongly fixed to the outer hub at uniform tension.
