SOLUTION: A device for evaluating visual functions includes an eye site fixation apparatus, a visual field covering apparatus for an eye, a monitor, a response sensor, an information processor, and a printing device. The device can test a plurality of visual functions, from basic to higher functions, with one system, and can implement a quantitative evaluation of test results in figures.
