The disinfection part 3 includes: an ozone water supply tube 34 that is configured to supply ozone water generated by the ozone water generation part 2 through a feed opening 35 and a water flow width expander 70 that is configured to spread a water flow width of ozone water supplied from the feed opening 35 of the ozone water supply tube 34.
