The device (10) is a patch comprising an active layer (12) of silicone material incorporating an active ingredient with a cosmetic or pharmaceutical effect. This layer (12) has a face, called the contact face (12A) intended to come into contact with the skin of a user, and an elastomer substrate (14) carrying the active layer (12) and incorporating in its mass a light-emitting diode (16) source (18) for emitting a luminous flux through the active layer (12). The active layer (12) is detachably attached to the substrate (14) by complementary removable connecting means (26) adapted to make the active layer (12) interchangeable.
