PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus capable of further increasing a rotation angle range of a top plate.SOLUTION: A control part 30 includes a movement amount restriction part 31 for restricting a movement amount of a photographic system by a photographic system movement mechanism 53 within a restricted region around a photographing reference position, and a rotation range determination part 32 for determining a range of rotation of a top plate by a rotation mechanism 52 on the basis of the restricted region restricted by the movement amount restriction part 31 so as to prevent interference between the photographic system or the top plate and a ceiling or a floor surface. The control part 30 is connected to an in-hospital network 39 that stores data.
